Washington D.C.-National Capital City of America






From Montreal the Province of Quebec Canada, I flew with Air Canada and I stopped at Boston Massachussets to have a look around before I continued my journey to Washington D.C. I arrived at Washington D.C.via Washington Dulles International Airport

Washington D.C. is the capital city of the United States of America , the city and district are located on the banks of the Potomac River it was surrounded by the state of Maryland and Virginia


In Washington D.C. I stayed at Embassy Square Hotel at 2000 N Street, NW. Washington D. C. 20036, I visited Indonesian Embassy and met H.E. Ambassador Susilo Sudarman, he escorted us around Indonesian Embassy Building, showed us some functional rooms such as Main Hall, Ambassador’s room, Gamelan Hall, I well appreciated him.

I visited World Bank Head Office and met the Officer discussed about the ongoing and future World Bank project in Indonesia. I visited The George Washington University.

While I was at Washington I visited White House opened for public), Smithsonian Institution, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument , Capitol and also Arlington National Cemetery , the grave of President John F. Kennedy with eternal flame and his brother Senator Robert F. Kennedy is also buried nearby.
