Wherever you go around the world you will find a China Town in every big city, most of the ornaments, music and letters are in Chinese language, and it has a long story since a long time ago.

Tourism Town (Kota Wisata) is a name of housing estate in a suburb outside East Jakarta. From Jakarta you may travel thru toll road Jagorawi (Jakarta-Bogor-Ciawi) then exit at Cibubur Gate. Before you reach Mekarsari Tourism Park you will see a sign Kota Wisata at the left side.

When you enter Kota Wisata you have to pass the gate with Romans Architecture, you will see a good landscape at the left and right side of the road, trees plantation and nice houses. Most of the houses are western architectural with American name such as Orlando, Florida etc.

At China Village you have to go through Gerbang Kemakmuran (Prosperity Gate). From the gate you will find a lot of shops there, some of the products they sell are made in China, some are locally made. They sell a lot of souvenirs from China, so you don’t have to go to China to buy Chinese ethnic souvenirs.






Should you feel hungry, a lot of Café could serve you with a variety of menu from Chinese, Western or Indonesian. They sell a lot of fresh fish, lobster, shrimps, squids, chickens, beef and they could barbeque it for you.
