Boston is the capital and largest city of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the northern east United States of America, where the Affiliate Summit East took place so the Blogger around the world could gathered here in Boston. Boston lies in the center on Cambridge -Boston Quincy Metropolitan area. Boston was founded on September 17, 1630 by Puritan colonists from England.

The first time I visited Boston in 1986 on my way from Montreal Canada to Washington D.C, United States of America, so I think it is worthwhile for me now to write something about Boston the oldest city in the United States of America and the most beautiful city.

Boston is a center of higher education and a center for medicine, the city’s economy is also based on research finance and technology, principally biotechnology.


By the 1970s, the city of Boston’s economy boomed after 30 years of economic downturn. In Boston Hospital such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center led the nation in medical innovation and patient care.

Some famous higher education are located in Boston, Harvard University located across the Charles river in Cambridge, Massachusetts Institute of Technology-MIT which originated in Boston moved across the river to Cambridge. Boston University, Boston College and Northeastern University. When we were an Engineering students at the the University, we were dreamed to study at Massachusetts Institute of Technology-MIT.

Much of the Back Bay and South End neigborhood are build on reclaimed land, they use two of three hills surround Boston as the sources of landfill.

Boston has continental climate, summers are typically warm and humid, while winters are cold, windy and snowy, and last but not least Boston is famous with it club Boston Red Sox as a founding member of the American League of Major league Baseball.
